To run ForumManager on your computer, you need to do the following:

1. Run MS Excel and go to the Tools/Macro/Security menu to set the Macro Security level in MS Excel to "medium" or "low" level.

2. ForumManager downloads discussions only from Blackboard 5.x. 6.x or higher.

3. You must use Internet Explorer 6.x or higher to download Blackboard forums.
